Inked Sins

Sitting here in this tree house,
Trying to write about something.
Having too many options,
But I can’t decide.
Trees, nature, the river flowing just nearby,
The chirping of birds, this amazing sunlight,
Telling me that winter is almost over,
And beautiful colors & things are on the way.
My fellow traveller told me to just pick the pen and write,
So, if I were to describe my surrounding,
I’d say it’s peaceful.
The sound of river, the sunlight coming through the trees,
And the trees themselves are beautiful.
Sitting here in this tree house,
I tried to write about something!!
