Wandering around the Valley today,
Met these two curious kids by the way!
Asked where the prettiest flowers might be,
They grinned, Come walk with us, you’ll see!
We set off, all three in tow,
To find flowers in a colourful row!
Chatted of their mountain days,
Painted a picture of my city ways!
Found these purple blooms, a sight so fair,
The shy girl smiled, and tucked one in my hair!
Said our goodbyes with promises to meet once more,
Leaving my heart happy, warmed to the core!
